Kerry D. Chandler joined Under Armour in January 2015 as its Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for all Human Resources strategy and operations including talent acquisition, organization and talent development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and budget for UA teammates worldwide.
Prior to joining Under Armour, Chandler served as the EVP of Human Resources for the NBA as well as the SVP of Human Resources at ESPN. In 2005, Chandler was named one of the “25 Influential Black Women in Business” by The Network Journal magazine, and in 2012 was named a “Game Changer” among women in sports by the SportsBusiness Journal.
